随钻工程参数对钻头磨损影响规律的试验研究

Abstract:Toaddress the limitationsofconventional bit wear evaluation methodsandthe scarcityof monitoring techniques for bit wear,anew bit wear evaluation method based on MWDengineering parameters(rotation speed,torque,ROP)was proposed.By means of simulating the driling processof diferent rock types(basalt, granite,limestone,gneiss,sandstone),the relationship between MWD engineering parameters and bit grading wassystematically studied.Theresults show thattherock strength is the primary factor affecting the bit wear, which is positively correlated with the rotation speed within acertain range.However,when the rotation speed reaches 1800r/min ,the bit grading no longer changes significantly.The torque has the most significant impact on the bit grading. Only when the torque is less than 7.8N⋅m ,can grade 4 wear occur,and 78% of grade 4 wear occurs at a rotation speed of 2400r/min ,while the impact of ROP on wear is relatively small.The study results provide theoretical basis foroptimizing drilling parameters,improving driling eficiencyand reducing costs.
