Research Progress on the Impact of Non-Coding RNA on Myocardial Remodeling via Pyroptosis andtheIntervention by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract:Myocardialremodelingisaprimaryfactorleading totheprogressvedeteriorationofcardiacfunction.Modern research has revealed that non-coding RNA(ncRNA) sequences,represented by microRNA(miRNA),long noncoding RNA(lncRNA),and circular RNA(circRNA),can regulate the biological processof pyroptosis through multilevel mechanisms such as directregulation,indirectintervention,andtheconstructionofcompetitiveendogenous RNA (ceRNA)networks,thereby influencing the initiation and progresson of myocardial remodeling.Chinese medicine can mitigate pyroptosis-related inflammation through multi-targetand multi-pathwayapproaches,thus delaying the process of myocardialremodeling.Thisarticlereviews thepathologicalroleof pyroptosis-relatedsignalingaxes inmyocardial remodeling and summarizes the research progress on the function of ncRNAs in pyroptosis and theregulatory mechanisms of Chinese medicine,aiming to provide new perspectives and intervention strategies forthe prevention and treatment of myocardial remodeling.

心肌重塑是由心肌梗死(MI)、压力超负荷、炎症或氧化损伤等应激原触发,在神经内分泌系统持续激活驱动下,心肌细胞发生代偿性肥大、凋亡,同时伴随间质成纤维细胞增殖、胶原沉积,导致心脏几何形态与细胞外基质进行性重构的病理过程。(剩余30314字)
