Simultaneous Determination of Eight Componentsin Xieqing Pillsby HPLC

Abstract：Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）method for the simultaneous determination of eight components in Xieqing Pills，including loganic acid，gentiopicroside，geniposide，prim- o 一 glucosylcimifugin，5- o -methylvisammioside，notopterol，isoimperatorin，and chrysophanol.Methods Separation was performed on a Shim-Pack Scepter-C 18 column 4.6mm×250mm， 5μm） using a mobile phase consisting of a methanol-acetonitrile（ 4：1 ）mixture and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution under gradient elution.The flow rate was （20 1.0mL⋅min-1 ，the column temperature was maintained at 35C ，and the injection volume was 10μL Wavelength switching was employed to detect the eight components.Results Loganic acid，gentiopicroside，geniposide，prim- o 一 glucosylcimifugin，5- υ -methylvisammioside，notopterol，isoimperatorin，and chrysophanol showed good linear relationships within their respective concentration ranges （ r⩾0.9996 ）. The RSD values for repeatability， stability， and precision tests were all less than 2% . The recoveries of the eight components in Xieqing Pills ranged from 97.71% to （204号 104.86% ， with RSD values between 0.70% and 2.11% . In six batches of Xieqing Pills，the content ranges were respectively 0.385 5-0.5575，1.831 5-3.4090，3.1413-4.0157，0.276 0-0.5693，0.3769-0.5340，0.100 3- 0.414 2， 0.294 0-0.760 4， 0.467 0-0.734 3 mg. g-1 for loganic acid， gentiopicroside，geniposide，prim-Oglucosylcimifugin，5- o -methylvisammioside，notopterol，isoimperatorin，and chrysophanol.ConclusionThe established method is simple and accurate，and can be used for qualitycontroland evaluation of Xieqing Pils. 泻青丸现收载于2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》，由龙胆、酒大黄、栀子、当归、川芎、防风、羌活、青黛等8味药组成，具有清肝泻火之功效，临床上常用于治疗肝火上炎所致的耳聋耳鸣、口苦头晕、小便赤涩等。（剩余7868字）
