Sludge Resource Utilization: Exploration of Mobile Forests

[Abstract】:Thesludge afteranaerobic digestionofasludge plant was takenas theresearchobject,and the feasibilityof using thecultivationmethodof "container nurseryandthe nutrients inthe sludgeas the substrate of "mobile forest"was studied.Theresults show that the content of heavy metals in the sludge blending soil is lowerthan thelimitvalue,butthe high salt permeability potential broughtby high blending needs to beconsidered.The proportion of sludge in the soil substrate for seedling cultivation should be controlled within 20% ,and the proportion of sludge in the soil substrate for transplantation cultivation should be controlled within 50% .Under thecondition ofartificial extensivemanagement,itis recommended toplantsalt-tolerantand drought-tolerantplants such as Acacia chinensis.Under thebackground of "double carbon",this work can avoid thedirect application of sludge toenvironmental soil and prevent it from becoming anew environmental polution in nature while fullyand effectively realizing sludge recycling.

近年来,我国污水处理能力大幅提升,污泥产生量也与日俱增,截至2020年底,我国已建成城市和县城污水处理厂近5000座,总处理能力超过2.5亿 m3/d 城市污水处理率超过 98% ,市政污泥产生量已超过600×104t/d (以含水率 80% 计),污泥处理正带来巨大的环境压力。(剩余6020字)
