Study on physical filtering method for overload measurement in projectile penetration tests

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that rigid-body overload measurement in projectile penetration tests is susceptible to high-frequency physical disturbances,this paper first decouples the measured overload signals to separate the low-frequency rigid-body overload component and the high-frequency vibrational disturbance component.Then,based on a single-degree-of-freedom (SDOF) dynamic model,a theoretical analysis is carried out on the spring-damped vibration isolation system.The mathematical relationship between the input frequency and the natural frequency of the system under diffrent vibration isolation efficiencies is derived,allwing the stiffness parameters of the low-damping vibration isolation system to be designed according to the target vibration isolation eficiency and input excitation frequency.Finally,verificationusing overload test data from penetration tests shows that the proposed physical filtering method can effectively suppress the interference of vibration loads on rigid-body overload signals,successfully extracting true rigid-body overload signals of ( (30000-40000)g and improving measurement fidelity. The research results can provide high-precision theoretical and technical support for the design and optimization of high-impulse dynamic load measurement systems for penetration warheads.
