乡村振兴视域下农业农村高质量发展的阜阳方案研究

摘要 在全面推进乡村振兴战略背景下，农业农村发展迎来契机。阜阳市深刻认识农业农村高质量发展的重要意义，全面把握乡村振兴与农业农村高质量发展之间的理论逻辑，利用好安徽省第一农业大市的资源禀赋，抓住乡村振兴战略实施过程中的政策红利，不断提升农业农村事业发展质量，强力助推农业大市向农业强市的蜕变。

Research on Fuyang Plan for High Quality Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

Abstract In the context of comprehensively promoting the strategy of rural revitalization， the development of agriculture and rural areas has ushered in opportunities.Fuyang City deeply understands the importance of high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas， and comprehensively grasps the logical theory between rural revitalization and high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas，makes good use of the resource endowment of the largest agricultural city in Anhui， seizes the policy dividends in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy， continuously improves the quality of agricultural and rural development， and strongly promotes the transformation of the agricultural city into a strong agricultural city.
