Abstract：The upgrade project at a wastewater treatment plant inan Anhui industrial park involves a capacity of 5×104m3/d .It aimsto elevate theefluentqualityfromtheClassIAstandadspecifiedintheEissonStandardforolutantsfromUrbanSeuageTreatmentPlants（GB 18918—2002）to Class IV （ TN⩽15mg/L） stipulated inthe SurfaceWater Environmental Quality Standard（GB 3838—2oo2）.This upgradingprojectdthgoftreaticaltsdattramtosofduslakst design of high eficiencysedimentationtank，enhancingchemicalphosphorusremoval，andreducingpackingclogging.Italsoemployedacombined ozone catalytic oxidation + aerated biological filter process.Theproject costs approximatelyRMB52 million，withanupgrading treatmentcostofRB.78pertoeofwater.Tisfcantlyeancesthefuntqualityotewastewatertreatentplanteducesoa tional expenses，and contributes to the sustainable economic development of the industrial park.
