Abstract:stomatiollsoialdpetrolplatfostiutstabiltndelbiltflticalistrtatio quipmentcreasleertialfctosinsingrductietydAdressgehalgfulagit calinstrumentatioeipmentinomplexoatingeometsoneicalandetrolemptfos,thisstudyexplorstheationf parameteroptiizationtecnquesduringequipmentcommissoingfromamaitenanceperspective.Acomprehensivecommissongandparameteroptimizatiosolutionisstablishdbyintegatinggnalprocesingetds—VariatioalModalDecomposition(VMD)ombedwith HlberttransforwitholineparameteridenificatiotechnolgybasedoteleastsquaresmethodResultsemonstratetatthistechical solution significantly enhances fault diagnosis accuracy,reducing false alarm rates to below 5% .Itprovides data support for preventive maintenancewhile effectively improving overall equipment utilization.
