The five-fold paths for cultivating medical students’professonal faith under the background of

artificialintelligence

Abstract： With the rapid development of information technology，the fourth scientific and technological revolution，represented by artificial inteligence （AI），has exerted a subversive impact on medical education. The widespread use of AI technology has led to significant changes in the medical model，major adjustments in the setting of medical disciplines and specialties，new challenges in the cultivation model of medical talents，and new issues in medical ethical norms and legal constraints.It has also further intensified the contradiction between the spirit of medical science and the spirit of medical humanities，affecting the harmony of the doctor-patient relationship，while puting forward new requirements for the current cultivation of medical talents led by “new medicine” and bringing new topics to the cultivation of professional faith among medical students.To alleviate the contradictions，address the challenges，solve the Issues，build harmonious doctor-patient relationships，and adapt to the requirements of medical education innovation under the background of AI，the cultivation paths of medical students’professional faith should be innovatively explored from five aspects，including the innovation of cultivation concepts， the reconstruction of curriculum system，the innovation of practical paths，the establishment of long-term mechanisms，and the improvement of faculty system，so as to provide a strong guarantee for enhancing the quality and efficiency of medical talent cultivation.
