SWOT Analysis of Emergency Response System Construction in Chinese Medicine

Abstract：Chinese Medicine plays a significant role in the prevention and control of public health emergencies. However，there are still weaknesses in the system，mechanisms，legal regulations，andpublic perception that hinder Chinese medicine from maximizing its potential insuch events.This paperuses the SWOTanalysis framework toconduct qualitative interviews withexperts inthe medicaland health fields in Guangzhou.Itanalyzes andsummarizes thecurrent state and isses of the Chinese medicine emergency response system from four aspects：Strengths（S）， Weaknesses （W），Opportunities （O），and Threats （T）.The paper also provides recommendations for enhancing the Chinese medicine emergency response system，including improving the legal framework，refining system construction， promoting mechanism development， and increasing investment and public awareness.
