Abstract：The etiologyand pathogenesis of allrgic rhinitis（AR）are related to the function of defensiveqi， which ismanifested in its generation，movement，and circulation，and folows acertain temporalpattern.Professor WANGFu believes thatthe movement of defensiveqi has two key points：one is the emergence ofdefensiveqi from the lowerenergizer，and the other is its emergence fromthe upper energizer，referred toas defensiveqi emergingfromtwo regions.Healsobelieves thatthe hub forregulatingthe movementofdefensiveqi inthelowerandupper energizers lies in the liver and spleenof the middleenergizer.Thekeyfor treating AR lies inregulating the function of defensive qi， which involves reinforcingthe root and seeking the source byemphasizingthe lower energizer，treating the heart and lung simultaneously toopenanddisperse theupper energizer，andfacilitating thecirculationand transformation in the middle energizer.The prevention and treatment ofAR should be understoodand guided from the perspective of the movement patterns of defensive qi at the lower and upper energizers.

过敏性鼻炎（AR）也可称为变应性鼻炎，是由于机体接触变应原引起的免疫球蛋白E（IgE）为主的免疫反应疾病，主要症状为反复发作的鼻痒、阵发性喷嚏、大量清水样鼻涕、鼻塞、鼻部分泌物增多等症状，还会伴有嗅觉减退、眼痒、流泪等症，是过敏性疾病中常见的、多发的呼吸道疾病。（剩余6474字）
