Abstract: Cognitive electronic warfare is a necessary means to effectively adapt to complex electromagnetic environments and counter digital,systematic,and inteligent advanced electronic information systems. Artificial intelligence(AI) technology,represented by deep learning,is the core technology for the cognitive ability of electronic warfare equipment.However,due to the security vulnerabilities of AI technology itself,cognitive electronic warfare systems are vulnerable to enemy attacks. To study electromagnetic spectrum intelligent attack and defense technology,a brief introduction to the cognitive electronic warfare system architecture,core technologies and typical projects is provided,the basic principles,existing research results,and typical application scenarios of three attack technologies are analyzed,including data poisoning atack,backdoor attack and adversarial sample attack, and corresponding defense methods are proposed to improve the security and reliability of electromagnetic spectrum intelligent attack and defense technology.
