Abstract： The US military regards cyberspace combat capabilities as the key to obtaining military superiority in the land，sea，air，and space domains.In 2Ol7，the president Donald Trump improved the cyber command as the lOth combatant command which represents a new era in the US cyberspace. In order to timely grasp the overall cyberspace strategic layout， some important cyberspace policies and plans issued by the US federal govemment，department，department of defense and military are reviewed，which expound the dynamics of force structure，main concept of the cyberspace operation， for example，the persistent engagement，defend forward and zero trust strategy，the major military manoeuvre in recent years are analyzed，and the development characteristics of US cyberspace forces are also analyzed. A comprehensive analysis of the development focus and future development of cyberspace will help to support the application of operations.
