Effects of Dietary Protein Levels on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical IndicatorsofWeanedHuLambs

Abstract [Objective]Toclarifytheeffectsofproteinlevelsinthedietonthegrowthperformanceandserum biochemical indicatorsofweanedHulambs.[Method]8OweanedHulambs were selectedandrandomlydivided into4 groups，with 2Olambs ineach group.The protein levelsof theconcentratefeedfor thecontrol group，test group1，test group 2 and test group 3 were 14.70% ， 15.12% ， 16.02% and 16.89% respectively. The control group was fed with the self-mixed concentrate feed in the farm.Thelambs ineach group were fattened for90 days.Thedailyweight gain， serum biochemical indicators，immune indicatorsandantioxidant indicatorsof theHulambs indiffrent testgroups weremeasuredandanalyzed.[Results]There werenosignificant differences intheinitial weight，finalweight，average dailygain，andaverage feedconversionratioofthelambs ineach group.ThecontentsofTP，SOD，andGSH-PX in the serumof thelambs in the three experimental groups significantly increased，while the contentsof ASTand MDA significantlydecreased.ThecontentsofIgA，IgGandIgMintheserumof thelambsinGroup1，Group2andGroup3 showedanincreasing trend.[Conclusion]Moderatelyincreasing thedietaryproteinlevelcanenhancetheaveragedaily weight gainof weaned Hulambs，reduce the feedconversionratio，promote protein metabolism in the body，and improve thebody'santioxidantcapacityand immunity.Itis recommended thatthe dietary proteinlevelbe16.89 % Key WordsWeaning; Hu lambs; Protein level; Growth performance; Immune indicators; Antioxidant indicators
