【Abstract】Asthe global obesityissue becomes increasinglysevere，weight loss has becomeakeytask for improving publichealthandreducing theburdenofchronicdiseases.Grassroots medical health institutionscan efectivelyadvance the preventionandcontrolofobesityoferingclearadvantagessuchasproximitytocommunityneedsandstrongaccessbilityof health services.Thispaper，basedonpolicybackgroundand practicalneeds，elaboratesonthenecesityandexistingsues in theconstructionofweightlossclinicsingrassotsmedcalandhalthinstitutions，andsystematicallyexplorestheiunctioal positioning，servicemodels，andthedevelopmentofbothsoftwareandhardwarecapabilities.Furthermore，takingtheWeightoss Clinicat HuichengmenCommunityHealthServiceStationinHaidianDistrict，eijing，asatypicalcase，thispaperanalyzesits practicalexperiences，includingrelyingonacademicsupportfromtertiaryhospitals，establishingatwo-wayreferalmechanism， andbuildinganintellgentmanagementsstem.Theconstructionof grasrootsweightlossclinicsisanimportantiiativeto promotethetransformationofgrasrtsmedicalservicesfroma"disease-centered"toa"health-centered"approach.Cuently theconstructionof grassrotseightlossciicsnationwdeisstillinitsarlysages，andthispapercanproidereferecsand insights for their standardized development.
