【Abstract】BackgroundThe training anddevelopment of general practitioners has alwaysbeen the focus of the medicalcommunityndtereaealsoignificantdiferencesinthetriningmodelsndmethodsofgeneralpractitionrsinrious countries.ObjectiveThepresentstudyaimstouncovertheemerging trends，patterns，ndchallengesconcerningthetrainingof general practitioners inChina.Throughjuxtaposingthesewithinternationalbestpractices，weseektoguidefuturedevelopments inthissectordomesticalyMethodsUsingbbliometricmethodsandCiteSpace6.1RAdvancedsoftwareasatol，thisstudy analyzesdomesticresearchbasedontheChinaNationalKnowledgInfrastructure（CNKI）and internationalresearchbasedonthe WebofcienceCoreCollection（WOSCC）database.Itfiltersandquantitativelyanalyzes literatureongeneralpractitionertraining from2013toO2，othdomestcallndinteratioallyndsummarzestheinings.esultsResearchongenealpcior educationinChinahaswitnessedannualgrowth;TheCapitalMedicalUniversity'sInstituteofGeneral PracticeandContiuing Educationhasbeenparticularlyproificinitsoutput，althoughhecollborationbetweendomesticinstitutionsremainssomewhat limited.InteraioallyeyoributorsintialmiudetheUitedKingdondAutralia.Witnina，seacte towardsthetrainingofgeneralpractitionrsfocusesonducationalreformandoptimizingservices，whereasinternationalreseachof thesameperiodplacesanemphasisontheapplicationofartificialintellgenceandaddressing mentalhealth isses.Conclusion Researchactivityrelatedtothetrainingof generalpractitionersinChinahasseenmarkedgrowth，principallytargetingeducational reformandserviceoptimization，although thereremainsaneed tostrengthencolaborationbetweenresearch institutions.Observing interationalrsearchtredsiicatesaecityforustoreadilydoptemergingtologies，suchasartifcialitellee aswellas toincreaseouattentiontowardsmentalhalth，whichwillinturnenancethedepthandbreadthofeneralpractioner training.
