【Abstract】BackgroundDeveloping and promoting intellgentmedicalassistanceinformationsystems isanimportant meanstostrengthenthecapabilitiesofgeneralpractitioners.Itisparticularlyurgent tostandardizeandevaluatetheperformance andefctivenessofintellgentasistancesystemdevelopmentObjectiveToconstructanevaluationindexsystemfortellgnt generalpractitioners，andprovidesientifictoolsforevaluatingtheserviceabilityofintellgentgeneralpractitioners.Methods FromDecemberin2O24toJanuaryin2O25，theevaluationindexsystemforintellgentgeneralpractitionerswithindicatorweights wasconstructedthroughliteraturereviewandDelphi expertconsultation.ResultsThepositivecoeficientofthethreeroundsof expert consultation was 100% ，the authority coefficient was >0.8 .The coefficients of concordance for the importance of indicators at variouslevelswere0.210，0.255，and0.145，respectively，whilethoseforfeasibilitywere0.353，0.245，and0.150.The finalevaluationindexsystemcomprisedfivefist-levelindicators，11scond-levelidiators，and47tird-levelindcato.he first-levelindicators were profesional knowledge，basicmedicalservice，activeclinical preventionservice，physician-patient communication and medical ethics，and education，learning，andresearch，with weights of 0.169，0.306，0.239，0.145， andO.141，respectively.ConclusionThis study established theevaluation indicatorsforinteligentgeneral practitioners， providingareferenceforfurtherstandardingthedevelopmentandaplicationofinteligentgeneralpractitioners.Ithassignificant practicalimplications forenhancingtheclinical practice levelof generalpractitionersthrough technological empowerment.
