以发热为首发临床表现的缓解性血清阴性对称性滑膜炎伴凹陷性水肿综合征一例

摘要：缓解性血清阴性对称性滑膜炎伴凹陷性水肿综合征（RS3PE）是一种罕见的血清阴性关节滑膜炎性疾病，发热是其少见症状，国内罕见以发热为首发临床表现的RS3PE综合征的病例报道。本文报道1例以发热为首发症状并通过系统的发热查因诊断为RS3PE综合征的患者。

ABSTRACT：Remitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema （RS3PE） syndrome is a rare seronegative synovial inflammatory disease in which fever is a rare symptom.There are few case reports of RS3PE syndrome with fever as the first clinical manifestation in China.In this paper，we report a case of RS3PE syndrome with fever as the first symptom and diagnosed by systematic fever investigation.
