Wernekink连合综合征伴幻觉及不自主摸索一例

摘要：Wernekink连合综合征是一种特殊类型的中脑梗死综合征，其主要表现为双侧小脑性共济失调、眼球运动障碍及腭肌痉挛等。国内少有病例报道，其中伴幻觉及不自主摸索的病例更为少见。现报道1例Wernekink连合综合征伴幻觉及不自主摸索患者的诊疗经过，以提高临床医生对本病的认识。

Wernekink Commissure Syndrome With Hallucinations and Involuntary Groping：Report of One Case

ABSTRACT：Wernekink commissure syndrome is a rare midbrain syndrome with bilateral cerebellar dysfunction，eye movement disorder，and palatal myoclonus.Few cases of this syndrome have been reported in China，let alone those combined with hallucinations and involuntary groping.This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a case of Wernekink commissure syndrome with hallucinations and involuntary groping，aiming to enrich the knowledge about this disease for clinicians.
