AbstractObjective:Tostudtheprotectiveefectofsavianolicacidsaltsondoxorubicinducedmyocardatoxicityandtheectson themitocondrialantivialsignalingprotein(MAVS)-NOD-likereceptorpyrindomain-containingprotein3(NRP3)gasderminD(GDMD) signalingpathwayincellpyroptosis.Methods:Sixtyratswererandomlydividedintothecontrolgroup,modelgroup,low-dosegroup, medium-dosegroupandigdsegroup.Amyocardialinjuymodelwasstablishdbytraperitonealinectioofdoxoubicinite low-,medium-,and high-dose groups were intervened by intraperitoneal injectionof 10,20,and 40mg/|kg| salvianolic acid salts, respectively.After4weeks,ardiacfunctioninicatorsweredetectedbytrasoundaematoxyliosinsainingaspfodfor pathologicaltiseoetiondtxprsioeesofntioidaticatorllstadpeineesofV NLRP3-GSDMDsignalingpathwayinmyocardialtisse,weremeasuredResults:Salvianolicacidsodiuminterventioncansigniicantly increaseleftventricularejectionfractioneduceleftventricularend-diastolicandend-systolicdiameters,reversetheincreasnleft ventricularsortegatereaeuproxidsmutaseSioadialsdcreseatalase(Cndbitiof malondialdehyde(MDA),with all significantdifferences( P<0.05) .Inthemodel group,the myocardial structure of ratswasdisordered,the arrangementofyoardalcellswsuorgadlembrofellswelldandosis,heifamatoyifiraiowaere andvacuolespresentedTeintervntionofsalvianolicacidsaltscouldsinificantlyimprovethearrangementofmyocardialcelsats, reducecelswlndrosslatefmmaollfiraiondipromntfaditf dose.ThemRAndproteinexpreiosofGCaspe-1,Vinterleukin(IL)-1βandIL18intemyoadfra inthemodel group significantly increased( ⌈P<0.05⌉ ,and the intervention of salvianolic acid salts down-regulated the mRNA and protein expresinsofthabepathaysConcusioSavianolicacidsaltsanaleviatedoxorubciniducdmyocardaltoxcitydate the MAVS-NRP3-GSDMD signalingpathway,aleviate myocardialcellpyroptosis,andexertscardioprotectiveefects.
