李洋，山东艺术学院美术学院副院长、副教授、硕士研究生导师，中国美术家协会会员。第十三届山东省青年联合会委员，山东省美术家协会理事，山东油画学会常务理事、副秘书长，山东省青年美术家协会副秘书长，山东美术馆馆聘艺术家，北京当代中国写意油画研究院特约创作员。
