机动管线自力式混油切割装置设计

【摘  要】机动管线应用于抢险、救灾等特殊场景,顺序输送可以极大提高其输送效率。为准确、高效实现顺序输送,论文对密度敏感型通断控制阀进行改进设计,研制了一款基于浮力原理的机动管线自力式混油切割装置。该装置结构简单,可以实现自力驱动、区间控制,自动对机动管线顺序输送过程中的混油进行切割。

【Abstract】Field pipeline are used for emergency rescue, disaster relief, etc. Batch transportation can greatly improve its transport efficiency. In order to accurately and efficiently realize the batch transportation, this paper improved the design of density sensitive on-off control valve, and developed a kind of self-operated oil-mixing cutting device in field pipeline based on buoyancy principle. The device is simple in structure, and can realize self-drive and interval control, and can automatically cut the mixed oil in the batch transportation process of the field pipeline.
