Meixi Town has deepened the development vision of the previous “Ecological City of Northern Zhejiang Inland Port” by exploring the unique spacial structure of the “Y-shaped port branches” and the “Dual Ports， Dual Cities” along the Xitiaoxi River. Adhering to the integrated development concept of “Ancient Town， New City”， the town leverages the Xitiaoxi Green Water Economic Belt to focus on creating a commercial and residential center on the southern bank， a new industrial city on the northern bank， and a demonstration belt in the central region showcasing the Two Mountains experimental zone along the Xitiaoxi River.
