刺络放血结合电针治疗面瘫后遗症联带运动临证经验

【摘 要】 面部联带运动是面瘫后遗症中较为常见的表现之一，中医学对本病目前没有较为统一的治疗论述。文章总结了马磊主任医师治疗面瘫后遗症的临证经验，认为面瘫后遗症期，邪气久留，瘀血阻滞经脉，失其濡养，终致面部经筋弛缓不收，联动始生，采用刺络放血结合电针治疗面瘫后遗症联带运动可取得较好的疗效。

Clinical Experience of Blood-Letting Puncture Combined with Electroacupuncture in the

Treatment of Sequelae of Facial Paralysis

Abstract：Facial synkinesis is one of the more common manifestations in the sequelae of facial palsy，and there is no unified treatment of this disease in Chinese medicine at present．This article summarized the clinical experience of chief physician Ma Lei in the treatment of sequelae of facial palsy，and believed that in the sequelae period of facial palsy，evil qi persists for a long time，blood stasis blocks the meridians，and the loss of their healing，the facial meridians will eventually be relaxed and the linkage will begin．Therefore，the treatment of facial palsy sequelae combined with electro acupuncture and blood-letting puncture can achieve better effect.
