中医治疗分泌性中耳炎的研究进展

【摘要】分泌性中耳炎作为耳鼻喉科常见疾病之一，严重影响患者的生活质量。通过查阅中医治疗分泌性中耳炎的相关文献及书籍，介绍了中医在分泌性中耳炎关于脏腑、病理因素及治疗方面的认识，以期为本病的治疗提供更多的思路。同时归纳目前中医临床研究中存在的不足，为临床及科研提供可行性参考。

Abstract：Asoneofthecommondiseasesinotorhinolaryngology，secretoryotitismediaseriouslyaffectspatientsqualityoflife.Thispaperintroducestheunderstandingofviscera，pathologicalfactorsandtreatmentofsecretoryotitismediabyreferringtotherelevantliteratureandbooksonthetreatmentofsecretoryotitismedia，inordertoprovidemoreideasforthetreatmentofthisdisease.Atthesametime，theshortcomingsinthecurrentclinicalresearchoftraditionalChinesemedicinearesummarizedtoprovideafeasiblereferenceforclinicalandscientificresearch.

分泌性中耳炎（secretoryotitismedia，SOM）是一种非化脓性炎性疾病，临床上按照病程长短可分为急性和慢性两种，其病变部位多位于中耳，临床症状多有耳内胀闷堵塞感、耳鸣、听力减退等，专科检查可伴有中耳积液［1］。（剩余7093字）
