从脾肾相赞论治慢性肾衰高钾血症的中医治疗策略

【摘 要】 慢性肾衰是各类肾脏疾病发展到后期的共同结局，临床上经常合并高钾血症，增加患者死亡风险。王晓星主任饱览医书，结合多年临床经验，将慢性肾衰高钾血症的主要病机归责于脾肾亏虚，瘀毒互结，并从脾肾相赞论治其中医治疗策略，临床运用“健脾补肾，祛瘀泄毒”的治疗原则，取得一定的临床疗效。

Abstract：Chronic renal failure that common outcome in the late development of all kinds of kidney diseases， clinical often merge hyperkalaemia， increase the risk of death. Director wang， who combined with clinical experience for many years， and summarized the main pathogenesis of chronic renal failure，hyperkalemia attributable to the spleen and kidney deficiency， blood stasis poison knot， and the treatment strategy of traditional Chinese medicine based on the spleen and kidney praise each other.The clinical application of “spleen and kidney. Dispelling stasis discharge poison” therapeutic principles， has a certain clinical curative effect.
