张超教授辨治慢性乙型肝炎临证经验探析

【摘 要】文章介绍张超教授辨治慢性乙型肝炎临证经验。张超教授认为慢性乙型肝炎病机复杂，致病外因在于湿热疫毒，而内因在于正气不足，湿、热、瘀、毒是其重要的病理因素。治疗上主张辨病与辨证相结合，扶正兼顾祛邪，提出治肝莫忘实脾，调肝必兼利胆，清热解毒，祛邪先行，滋水涵木共进，活血化瘀贯穿始终的治疗原则。

Analysis of Professor Zhang Chao’s Clinical Experience in Distinguishing and Treating Chronic Hepatitis B

Abstract： This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor Zhang Chao in differentiating and treating chronic hepatitis B. Professor Zhang Chao believes that the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B is complex， the external cause of the disease is dampness-heat epidemic virus， the internal cause of the disease is lack of healthy qi， dampness， heat， blood stasis， poison are the important pathological factors. In terms of treatment， it advocates the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation， giving consideration to both strengthening the spleen， regulating the liver and benefiting the gallbladder， clearing heat and detoxifying， dispelling evil first， nourishing water and wood together， promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis throughout the treatment principles.
