[摘 要]目的 探究在面部年轻化治疗中应用黄金微针射频的效果。方法 选取2023年3月-10月于南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院行面部年轻化治疗的80例患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组予以点阵激光治疗，观察组予以黄金微针射频治疗，比较两组美容改善程度、皮肤情况及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组美容总改善率为97.50%，高于对照组的82.50%（P

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of gold microneedle radiofrequency in facial rejuvenation treatment. Methods Totally 80 patients who underwent facial rejuvenation treatment in the Affiliated Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School from March to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects， and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 40 patients in each group.
