[摘 要]目的 观察并比较半导体激光和强脉冲光脱毛的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月于本院进行脱毛的86例患者为研究对象，按照治疗方式不同分为对照组与观察组，每组43例。对照组应用强脉冲光治疗，观察组应用半导体激光治疗，比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、不良反应发生情况及满意度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.67%，高于对照组的83.72%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P

Comparison of Clinical Efficacy of Semiconductor Laser and Intensive Pulsed Light for Depilation

[Abstract]Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of semiconductor laser and intensive pulsed light for depilation. Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent depilation in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods， they were divided into control group and observation group， with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with intensive pulsed light， and the observation group was treated with semiconductor laser. The clinical efficacy， pain degree， adverse reactions and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
