[摘 要]目的 探究会阴侧切切口缝合中应用皮下美容缝合法的效果。方法 选取2022年2月-2023年11月我院收治的510例会阴侧切产妇，随机分为参照组、试验组，各255例。参照组行会阴外缝合，试验组行皮下美容缝合法。比较两组手术情况、肿胀情况、疼痛程度及愈合情况。结果 试验组缝合时间短于参照组，出血量少于参照组，切口感染率、中重度肿胀率、中重度疼痛率低于参照组，愈合优良率高于参照组（P

Application of Subcutaneous Cosmetic Suture in Lateral Episiotomy

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of subcutaneous cosmetic suture in the suture of lateral episiotomy. Methods From February 2022 to November 2023， 510 parturients with episiotomy admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group， with 255 parturients in each group. The reference group underwent extraperineal suture， and the experimental group underwent subcutaneous cosmetic suture. The operation， swelling， pain degree and healing of the two groups were compared. Results The suture time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the reference group， the amount of bleeding was less than that of the reference group， the incision infection rate， moderate to severe swelling rate and moderate to severe pain rate were lower than those of the reference group， and the excellent and good rate of healing was higher than that of the reference group （P
