[摘 要]目的 探究牛黄上清丸治疗寻常型痤疮的效果。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年8月于我院治疗的70例寻常型痤疮患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组35例。对照组予以常规西药口服，观察组在此基础上加用牛黄上清丸治疗，比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%，高于对照组的77.14%，差异有统计学意义（P

Application Value of Niuhuang Shangqing Pills in Patients with Acne Vulgaris

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of Niuhuang Shangqing pill in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 70 patients with acne vulgaris who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects. 寻常型痤疮（acne vulgaris）属于临床常见的皮肤病，俗称“青春痘”，该病是由于皮脂代谢异常而导致的毛囊、皮脂腺炎症，临床多表现为黑头粉刺、囊肿、炎性丘疹、白头粉刺、结节等，患者大多是青少年人群，病灶位于面部以及上胸部，致病因与细菌、炎症、激素、皮脂、毛囊沉积物等因素密切相关，还与患者自身饮食习惯、吸烟等不良生活习惯、生活压力等有关[1，2]。（剩余5596字）
