[摘 要]目的 分析瓷贴面修复氟斑牙的效果及对患者牙周健康的影响。方法 选取本院2020年1月-2023年1月收治的82例氟斑牙患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，每组41例。对照组给予烤瓷全冠治疗，研究组给予瓷贴面治疗，比较两组美学修复效果、牙周健康指标及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组修复后牙齿颜色、形态、边缘美观、半透明度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P

Effect of Porcelain Laminate Veneer in Repairing Dental Fluorosis and its Influence on Periodontal Health

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of porcelain laminate veneer in repairing dental fluorosis and its influence on periodontal health. Methods A total of 82 patients with dental fluorosis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method， with 41 patients in each group. The control group was treated with porcelain crown， and the study group was treated with porcelain laminate veneer. The aesthetic repair effect， periodontal health index and complications were compared between the two groups.
