传统益气类中药的美容效果研究

[摘 要] 传统益气类中药具有调节气血、增强体力和提高免疫力的功效。随着人们对美容需求的不断增加和对天然疗法的关注，益气类中药在美容效果的研究和应用也越来越受到关注。本文从中药美容的渊源入手，阐述中医美容理论，并对常见传统益气类中药的美容效果作一综述。

[Abstract] Traditional Yiqi Chinese medicine has the effect of regulating qi and blood， enhancing physical strength and improving immunity. With the increasing demand for beauty and the attention to natural therapy， the research and application of Yiqi Chinese medicine in cosmetic effect has attracted more and more attention. This article starts with the origin of traditional Chinese medicine cosmetology， expounds the theory of traditional Chinese medicine cosmetology， and reviews the cosmetic effects of common traditional Yiqi Chinese medicine.
