[摘 要]目的 探讨干扰素联合二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法 选取我院2020年1月-2022年12月收治的70例尖锐湿疣患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组35例。对照组采取二氧化碳激光治疗，观察组采取干扰素联合二氧化碳激光治疗，比较两组临床疗效和免疫功能指标。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%，高于对照组的77.14%，差异有统计学意义（P

Clinical Effect of Interferon Combined with Carbon Dioxide Laser in the Treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interferon combined with carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods A total of 70 patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with carbon dioxide laser， and the observation group was treated with interferon combined with carbon dioxide laser. The clinical efficacy and immune function indexes of the two groups were compared.
