颊侧固定矫治中牙釉质脱矿的防治

【摘 要】目的 探讨颊侧固定矫治中牙釉质脱矿的防治方法。方法 选取2017年7月-2021年12月于北海市人民医院口腔科行颊侧固定矫治的40例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组20例。对照组给予常规口腔护理，观察组使用氟化物和护牙素进行防治，比较两组满意度及牙釉质脱矿情况。结果 观察组满意度为85.00%，高于对照组的25.00%，差异有统计学意义（P

Prevention of Enamel Demineralization in Buccal Fixed Orthodontic Treatment

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of enamel demineralization in buccal fixed orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 40 patients who underwent buccal fixed orthodontic treatment in the Department of Stomatology， Beihai People’s Hospital from July 2017 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 20 patients in each group. The control group was given routine oral care， and the observation group was treated with fluoride and tooth mousse. The satisfaction and enamel demineralization of the two groups were compared.
