【摘 要】目的 分析针对性护理对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者皮肤瘙痒及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2021年1月-12月泾县医院收治的妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者100例，依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施针对性护理，比较两组护理效果、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理总有效率为98.00%，高于对照组的84.00%（P

Effect of Targeted Nursing on Skin Itching and Quality of Life in Patients with Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing on skin itching and quality of life in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods A total of 100 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy admitted to Jingxian County Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method， with 50 cases in each group.
