免疫因素在尖锐湿疣发病和复发机制中的研究进展

【摘要】 尖锐湿疣是一种常见的性传播疾病，由人乳头瘤病毒感染皮肤黏膜引起。由于尖锐湿疣的传染性强，复发率高，需要长时间反复治疗，且尖锐湿疣的发病和复发机制复杂，因此，本文就免疫因素在尖锐湿疣发病和复发机制中的研究做一综述，为找到控制该病发生和复发的最佳途径提供理论依据。

[Abstract] Condyloma acuminatum is a common sexually transmitted disease caused by human papilloma virus infection of the skin mucosa. Due to the strong infectivity and high recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum， it requires long-term repeated treatment， and the pathogenesis and recurrence mechanism of condyloma acuminatum is complex. Therefore， this article reviews the study of immune factors in the pathogenesis and recurrence mechanism of condyloma acuminatum， and provides a theoretical basis for finding the best way to control the occurrence and recurrence of the disease.
