肺部超声在常见肺系疾病中的应用进展

【摘要】 肺系疾病随着多种因素作用日益增加，而传统放射性影像学检查具有多种局限性。肺部超声是一种新兴的热门影像技术，随着医学的快速进步，其应用的越来越广泛，对多种常见肺系疾病的评估、诊断、预后均可提供重要的临床参考依据。本文就肺部超声在常见肺系疾病的应用进展做一综述。

[Abstract] Lung diseases are increasing with a variety of factors， but the traditional radiographic examination has many limitations. Lung ultrasound is a new and popular imaging technology， with the rapid progress of medicine， it is used more and more widely， which can provide important clinical reference for the evaluation， diagnosis and prognosis of many common lung diseases. This article reviews the progress in the application of pulmonary ultrasound in common lung diseases.

肺系疾病为临床最常见疾病之一，常见肺系疾病主要涵盖因肺脏其本身形态、结构、功能异常所致的疾病，而随着人口老龄化、天气环境改变、吸烟人群增加等多种因素导致目前肺系疾病的临床发病率逐年提高，目前临床上对常见肺系疾病的诊断“金标准”多以放射性影像学检查为主，包含胸部X线片、胸部计算机体层成像（computed tomography，CT）、高分辨率计算机体层成像（high resolution computed tomography，HRCT）等，但因其检查存在一定量的放射性，故在需要频繁评估病情时患者的接受度较低，且对于部分特殊人群（含孕妇、婴幼儿、行动不便者）的检查存在局限性，因此不具备放射性的肺部超声在临床中运用越来越普及。（剩余15413字）
