【摘要】 对诱导多能干细胞（induced pluripotent stem cell，iPSC）的应用研究从2006年开始已经逐渐成为干细胞研究和临床治疗领域的一个热门课题。这项技术的问世为再生医学、疾病建模和医药发展提供了前所未有的机会。本文就iPSC的发展前景和相关应用进行综述。

[Abstract] The application of induced pluripotent stem cell （iPSC） has gradually become a hot topic in the field of stem cell research and clinical treatment since 2006. The advent of this technology offers unprecedented opportunities for regenerative medicine， disease modeling and pharmaceutical development. This paper reviews the development prospect and related applications of iPSC.
