功能性便秘影响因素及诊断方法的研究进展

【摘要】 功能性便秘（FC）是世界上最常见的功能性胃肠道疾病（FGIDs）之一，它影响生活质量并给医疗保健服务带来沉重的经济负担。国内外对其影响因素进行了众多调查研究，并且现有多种方法可对其进行诊断分析。本文将汇总可能导致FC的影响因素及归纳诊断方法，旨在为预防和诊断提供新思路。

[Abstract] Functional constipation （FC） is one of the most common functional gastrointestinal disorders （FGIDs） in the world， affecting quality of life and placing a heavy financial burden on healthcare services. There have been many investigations and studies on its influencing factors at home and abroad， and there are many methods for its diagnosis and analysis. This article will summarize the influencinat may lead to functionalg factors th constipation and inductive diagnosis methods， aiming to provide new ideas for prevention and diagnosis.

功能性便秘（FC）又称特发性便秘，根据文献[1]中罗马Ⅳ诊断标准将其定义为有排便费力、排便不尽感、粪质较硬、肛门直肠梗阻感、需要手法辅助、排便次数明显减少等两种或两种以上症状且不符合腹泻型肠易激综合征及阿片类药物引起的便秘。（剩余10480字）
