氧化应激与糖尿病周围神经病变的机制研究进展

【摘要】 糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病主要并发症之一,以神经受损为主要病理改变,其发病机制与氧化应激反应关系密切。文章综合近年来的研究成果,总结阐述氧化应激参与糖尿病周围神经病变的作用机制。

[Abstract] Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the main complications of diabetes, with nerve damage as the main pathological change, and its pathogenesis is closely related to oxidative stress response. Based on the research results of recent years, the mechanism of oxidative stress in diabetic peripheral neuropathy is summarized.
