境外输入性新型冠状病毒肺炎患者病毒核酸反复阳性超50天1例报告

【摘要】新型冠状病毒肺炎的全球疫情仍然严峻，我国仍面临境外多渠道持续输入和局部暴发或疫情重现风险。各地报道新型冠状病毒肺炎临床康复者出现反复核酸阳性长达数月现象。该文对一例境外输入病例进行总结分析，并探讨长时期核酸阳性对疫情防控策略的影响及心理干预的意义。

more than 50 days in patient with imported COVID-19

【Abstract】The global epidemic of COVID-19 is still severe， and China still faces  the risk of continuous importation from overseas through multiple channels and local outbreaks or epidemic recurrence. It is reported that clinically recovered COVID-19 patients have been repeatedly positive for nucleic acid for several months. This paper summarizes and analyzes an imported case， and discusses the influence of long-term positive nucleic acid on epidemic prevention and control strategies and the significance of psychological intervention.
