Abstract Objective： To retrieve， evaluate， and summarize the best evidence for physical and behavioral therapies in managing cancer pain among adult oncology patients， which could provide evidence ⁃ based support for clinical practice. Methods： We systematically searched guideline networks， databases， and relevant websites based on the "6S" evidence ⁃ based model from database construction to March 31， 2024. After conducting quality assessment on the retrieved clinical decisions， guidelines， evidence summaries， expert consensuses， systematic reviews， and RCTs by researchers trained in evidence ⁃ based nursing methods， and practices， and the evidence were extracted and summarized. Results： A total of 16 articles were included， including 1 clinical decision， 5 guidelines， 4 expert consensuses，6 systematic reviews and Meta⁃analyses，and 25 pieces of evidence were summarized，involving 6 aspects，multidisciplinary collaboration， multidimensional assessment， physical therapy， behavioral therapy， health education， and follow ⁃ up. Conclusion： Current evidence shows that the best evidence can provide evidence ⁃ based basis for evidence transformation and clinical application. It is recommended that medical and nursing staff carry out evidence⁃based nursing practice in combination with the actual clinical situation and the characteristics of patients.
