AbstractObjective：To search and evaluate the related literature of exercise intervention for patients with mild cognitive impairment in community，and summarize the best evidence to provide reference for community health work.Methods：Search computer decision-making system，guide website，evidence-based database，original research database，professional database for related guides，expert consensus，evidence summary，systematic evaluation/Meta-analysis.The retrieval time was from the inception to April 30，2023.Two researchers independently evaluated the quality of the included literature and extracted and summarized the data.Results：A total of 18 documents were included，including 2 guidelines，4 expert consensus，1 evidence summary and 11 systematic reviews.23 best evidences were formed from 9 aspects：exercise principles，organizational forms，exercise risk assessment，exercise methods，exercise time frequency and intensity，total exercise amount，exercise progress，effect evaluation and monitoring，and matters needing attention.Conclusion：This paper summarizes the best evidence of exercise intervention for community MCI patients，and provides evidence-based basis for community workers to guide MCI patients for effective and reasonable exercise.Through the implementation of exercise intervention，it finally promotes the cognitive improvement of patients and delays the disease progression of patients.
