摘 要 目前图书馆主流的传授式读书会并不能充分发挥读书会作为读者交流平台的作用。论文引入新兴的读者汇谈式读书会，分析其特点和优势，建议将其作为图书馆开展读书会活动的主要形式。之后借助“世界咖啡”模型的启示，提出图书馆如何发挥自身专业优势开展读者汇谈式读书会的实践策略。

Analysis of Libraries Reading Salon Through Readers’ Conversation Based on “World Cafe” Model

Abstract At present， the mainstream teaching reading salon in library can not give full play to the function of reading salon as a communication platform for readers. This paper introduces the new reading salon through readers’ conversation， analyzes its characteristics and advantages， and suggests that it should be the main form of libraries reading salon. After that， with the help of “world cafe” model， this paper puts forward practical strategies on how to develop the readers’ conversation reading salon by giving full play to the library’s professional advantages.
