高校图书馆阅读推广服务需求属性及提升策略研究

摘 要 论文采用文献调查法从资源、人员、服务、空间四个维度构建了包含27项指标的高校图书馆阅读推广服务需求指标体系。基于KANO模型,采用问卷调查法对27项需求指标进行属性归类和优先序分析,从彰显阅读推广服务影响力、采取针对性服务策略、优先满足关键需求三个方面提出高校图书馆阅读推广服务提升的策略。

Abstract Adopted literature survey, this paper establishments a demand index system of reading promotion service in university libraries, which contains 27 demand indexes, from four dimensions of resource, personnel, service and space. Based on KANO model, it classifies the 27 demand indexes by attributes and analyzes the priority order by means of questionnaire survey, to propose the strategies for improving reading promotion service in university libraries: highlighting the influence of reading promotion service, adopting targeted service strategies, and giving priority to meeting key needs.
