维护中国海外公共安全离不开国际合作

在当今时代，各国安危与共、唇齿相依，没有哪个国家能够置身事外而独善其身，保护好中国的海外公共安全利益既要靠我们自己在机制建设、法律法规、能力构建上付出更多的努力，更离不开高质量、有成效的国际合作。

In today’s world， the security of all nations is interconnected， and no country can stand alone. To effectively protect China's public safety interests overseas， we must not only invest more effort in our own mechanisms， legal frameworks， and capabilities， but also rely on high-quality， effective international cooperation.

海外利益，顾名思义，是指国家利益的海外延伸，在中国领土之外的国家利益，属于国家利益的组成部分。（剩余2119字）
