摘要：动物防疫是关系到畜牧养殖业健康、持续发展的重要工作环节，如何提升基层动物防疫工作水平，也受到了有关部门的高度关注。该文简单分析了基层动物防疫工作中存在的问题，并对基层动物防疫工作重点及其改善措施进行了论述。关键词：基层;动物防疫;工作重点;措施

Abstract：Animal Epidemic Prevention as an important work link related to the healthy and sustainable development of animal husbandry and breeding industry，how to improve the level of animal epidemic prevention at the grass-roots level，but also by the relevant departments and the community of great concern. This paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in animal epidemic prevention work at the grass-roots level，and discusses the focal points and improvement measures of animal epidemic prevention work at the grass-roots level.

基层动物防疫工作的主要目标，一方面是预防和及时发现动物疫病，并第一时间采取妥善、可行的应对和处理措施;另一方面则是维持畜牧产品市场环境的和谐与稳定，避免有安全隐患的畜产品进入市场流通，特别是随着我国畜牧养殖业的蓬勃发展，基层动物防疫工作的重要性也随之提升，需要畜牧养殖管理部门及相关从业人员给予高度重视和落实。（剩余2611字）
