产后抑郁症动物模型研究进展

[摘要] 近年来，产后抑郁症发病率逐年上升，病因涉及多方面因素，发病机制未明。因此，建立可靠的动物模型能够在产后抑郁症发病机制研究、药物新靶点发现及新药研发中发挥重要作用。该文探讨现有的产后抑郁症动物模型，并从中获得病机信息，以期为建立准确可靠、临床实用的动物模型提供理论参考。

Research Progress on Animal Models of Postpartum Depression

[Abstract] In recent years， the incidence of postpartum depression has been increasing year by year. The etiology involves many factors， and the pathogenesis is unknown. Therefore， the establishment of reliable animal models can play an important role in the study of the pathogenesis of postpartum depression， the discovery of new drug targets， and the development of new drugs. This paper discusses the existing animal models of postpartum depression， and obtains the pathogenesis information from them， in order to provide a theoretical reference for the establishment of accurate， reliable and clinically practical animal models.
