食管癌根治术中食管胃吻合方法的研究进展

[摘要] 外科手术治疗仍是食管癌的主要治疗方法，食管胃吻合为手术切除食管癌病变并重建消化道的最主要方式。目前常用吻合方式有圆形吻合器、直线型切割缝合器吻合及手工吻合，但是各种吻合方式均不能完全避免吻合口并发症。该文将就食管癌根治术中食管胃吻合方法作一综述，以期为临床上工作提供理论依据。

Research Progress of Esophagogastric Anastomosis in Radical Esophagectomy

[Abstract] Surgical treatment is still the main treatment method for esophageal cancer， and esophagogastric anastomosis is the most important method for surgical resection of esophageal cancer lesions and reconstruction of the digestive tract. At present， the commonly used anastomotic methods include circular stapler， linear cutting and stapler anastomosis and manual anastomosis， but various anastomosis methods cannot completely avoid anastomotic complications. This article will review the methods of esophagogastric anastomosis in radical resection of esophageal cancer， in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical work.
